Terms of Service for Kiipup

Welcome to Kiipup. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kiipup web application and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Kiipup is a productivity and CRM platform for independent professionals — managing students, sessions, payments, messages, and AI-assisted insights. Service features are subject to the plan you subscribe to.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Kiipup — your students, sessions, payments, messages, and curriculum plans. We process this data solely to provide the Service and improve it in aggregated, non-identifying forms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We offer a 10-day free trial for new accounts.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, upload illegal content, attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, or use the AI features to produce content that violates applicable law.

6. AI features

Kiipup offers AI-assisted features (message suggestions, churn insights, curriculum proposals). These are advisory only; responsibility for decisions and communications with students remains yours. AI features can be disabled at the account level.

7. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
