Which disciplines does Kiipup support?
Whatever you work on. Music teachers, fitness coaches, language tutors, nutritionists, therapists, and life coaches all use Kiipup today. Choose your discipline during setup and the app adapts its vocabulary — students vs clients vs patients vs athletes.
Is my client data safe?
Yes. Workspace data is isolated per professional via row-level security at the database level. Messages are private to the instructor-client pair. Kiipup is KVKK-compliant and runs on Supabase EU infrastructure.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account stays active until the end of the billing period. You can export every client, session, payment, and check-in to CSV / JSON before you go — no lock-in.
Can my team use it?
Yes. The Team plan unlocks a shared studio workspace — multiple instructors see the same clients, sessions, notes, and materials, with per-author attribution preserved. Messages stay private to each instructor-client pair.
Can my clients use the app too?
Yes, for free. Send an invite link from any client's profile and they get their own student view — see their schedule, upcoming payments, and exchange messages with you. No extra charge.
Which currencies does Kiipup support?
TRY is the default. USD and EUR are supported throughout. Multi-currency pricing for the platform itself ships with Stripe in M7 — until then, billed in TRY.
